Our employees are specially trained to distinguish the various moods of the workforce and demonstrators to avoid conflicts. We employ trade professionals who are capable of handling various types and classes of equipment.

We endeavour to promote a feeling of well-being for both the corporation and its employees. Our people are trained to perform their duties in a manner that allows both the corporation and its employees to maintain their standards of self-respect, dignity, and well-being. We train our employees to be passive yet firm in their duties and, as such, we have not had an outbreak of a violent nature. By installing a well-trained workforce, we are able to keep public mischief, misconduct, and property damage to a minimum.

Bill McFadden Ltd. does not permit its personnel to participate in any form of violence whatsoever and does not hire out its services for the purpose of employee intimidation. We will not jeopardize employee/employer relationships nor influence any position for the corporation or labour organization.

Professional Conduct

Employees of Bill McFadden Ltd. act only on the direct orders of their supervisors, who operate solely under the direction of the corporation by whom they have been retained. These directions are followed in a polite, courteous, discreet, and professional manner.
